NCSD Preschool Staff

We are lucky to have excellent, experienced educators to care for our students. Meet our team:

Mrs. Kathy Smith

Mrs. Smith is a 1984 Norwalk High School graduate. This is her 29th year teaching preschool. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Heidelberg College and a Master of Education from Ashland University.

Mrs. Rosalie Smith

Mrs. Smith is a full–time Itinerant Teacher. She is also our on-site Preschool Director. Rosalie is a 1987 St. Paul High School graduate and is in her 25th year of teaching. She has a

Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University.

Mrs. Jeanette Roth

Mrs. Roth is a 1987 Norwalk High School graduate. This is her 26th year as a Preschool Intervention Specialist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Education in Special Education from The University of Toledo.

Mrs. Kathy Frederick

Mrs. Frederick is a 1997 Edison High School graduate. She earned her Bachelor Science in Education and Special Education from Ashland University. This is her 15th year teaching.

Mrs. Davidson, Miss Schneiter, Mrs. Sorenson, Mrs. Eden

Here are our wonderful classroom aides. Mrs. Davidson, Mrs. Sorenson, and Mrs. Eden are in Mrs. Frederick's classroom while Miss Schneiter is in Mrs. Smith's/Mrs. Roth's/Mrs. Dotson's classroom.

Mrs. Lindsey Silverwood

Mrs. Silverwood is a 1999 Norwalk High School graduate. This is her 17th year as a Preschool Intervention Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Special Education from University of Toledo. She also holds an Autism Certificate from Bowling Green State University.

Mrs. Ashley Lawlor

Mrs. Lawlor is a 2003 graduate of Monroeville High School. She has her Bachelor & Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Bowling Green State University. Mrs. Lawlor is employed through North Point Educational Service Center. This is her 10th year as an SLP.

Mrs. Myisha Dotson

Mrs. Dotson is a preschool intervention specialist. This is her 9th year teaching. She has a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State University.
